My Story

I am a qualified and experienced Nutrition Consultant with a life-long passion for the transformative power of good nutrition, cooking, and eating together.

Fiona Allan Nutrition was established in January 2024 in response to families telling me they were struggling to access dietary information and support after the Covid pandemic.

The business also enables me to fulfil a long-held personal dream to work in Public Health and Community Nutrition - promoting wellbeing by directly addressing barriers such as nutritional knowledge, cooking skills, food insecurity and social inequalities.

My life to date makes me uniquely placed to offer services that resonate and connect with individuals and groups by combining professional expertise with lived experience.
